Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your jewelry. Therefore, each piece of jewelry is skillfully handcrafted and inspected in Marietta, Georgia. Because all gemstones are unique, each stone will differ slightly in shape and color. 

Will my jewelry look exactly as pictured?

We try to maintain consistency in the quality as pictured. Due to the unique nature of the stones, most pieces may have subtle variations in color, size, or shape. These slight differences are proof that an artisan was truly "hands-on" in creating your unique piece. 

How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive?

We offer free shipping in the USA via USPS priority mail. Shipping time varies from 2-5 days. If an order is in stock, we will ship your order out the next business day. Priority shipping can take 2-5 days. We will provide you with a tracking confirmation notification "Your Order Has Been Shipped" once the order has been shipped. If you require overnight delivery, please contact us and we will send it overnight via UPS (overnight delivery charges will apply). With regards to special orders, we will contact you regarding the time frame of your order. Upon completion of your order, we will ship the order out the next business day. 

Out of Stock?

Occasionally, items will sell out before the "sold out" notification has been posted on the website. if that should occur, we will contact you immediately. 

What is your return policy?

LG Marchezie’s top priority is to satisfy our customers by providing the best product available. If we have failed to meet this goal, items may be returned for any reason within 30 business days of the date of the receipt. We will process your credit in the original form of payment within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. We will only accept returns for items that have not been damaged due to excessive wear and handling. 

What is your exchange policy?

LG Marchezie will gladly exchange an item that has not been damaged due to excessive wear and handling. Merchandise must be exchanged within 30 business days of the date of your receipt. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order on We will ship the replacement once we receive the returned item. 

Jewelry Care How can I care for my jewelry?

Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on. Please avoid applying hairspray or perfume before wearing your hand made jewelry. Apply products first, and wait a few minutes before wearing your jewelry. Always wash your face and ears to rid accumulation of dirt build up on the jewelry. 

How Do I store my jewelry?

Store your jewelry in soft fabrics or sealed baggies to prevent scratching, tangling, and to slow down the effect of oxidation due to environmental exposure. 

How can I clean my jewelry?

To clean sterling silver, silver plated, or 14k plated jewelry we recommend using a jewelry cleaning cloth. Avoid all liquid dips, which leave a residue and potentially tarnish the jewelry.
