What is your return policy?

LG Marchezie’s top priority is to satisfy our customers by providing the best product available. If we have failed to meet this goal, items may be returned for any reason within 30 business days of the date of the receipt. We will process your credit in the original form of payment within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. We will only accept returns for items that have not been damaged due to excessive wear and handling.

 

What is your exchange policy?

LG Marchezie will gladly exchange an item that has not been damaged due to excessive wear and handling. Merchandise must be exchanged within 30 business days of the date of your receipt. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order on lg-marchezie.com. We will ship the replacement once we receive the returned item.
